The report shows correctly on screen, but after exported to excel, when i open the excel sheet, it shows all 0 numbers. And again when i try exporting in pdf, it again shows correct numbers in the pdf file. Has anyone else faced this and how to resolve this?

Hi there, @aarthi-mahuli-zi.

It could be that your Excel file is protected view. This can be the reason why you're unable to see the exported data.

To fix this, open your Excel and select Enable Editing to view the full report.

If you're still getting the same result, open your account in a private window and check if you're able to see the numbers. There might be an issue with your current browser that causing this behavior. Here' how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to successfully view your data into Excel, clear your browser's cache. If you're still getting the same result, use another supporter browser.
