the 10% wage subsidy payroll tax adjustments are not affecting the source deductions report on Standard QB online

My source deductions report PD7A is not reflecting the adjustment done to the income tax liability for this 10% wage subsidy period.  What step am I missing?  The help so far is for desktop and I use Standard QB online.

How can I export an 2007 version of QBW into Excel format? The new QB version says it cannot upgrade/open my file

Does anyone know how to open a .qbw file from Quickbook 2007 Easy Start? New version of QB (online/desktop) says it cannot open the file because its too old so Im not able to open the file at all in order to export the report into Excel form. Anyone come across a solution?Thanks!

Recording Income Tax Owning and Payment

I am trying to clean up a couple of items.  I have a Federal Tax account in my current liabilities.  When I compute my taxes I entered it as a bill and posted to this account.  When I go to pay the bill I am able to pay it but it shows up again as a debit to the Liability account.Ie if taxes owing are $5,000 I post it as a bill and shows up on the BS as a liability (as it should), then I go to bill pay and pay it.  Should it not credit the current liability account as it is now paid?Please help
