Error Message Creating Groups + Tags for Transactions

I am trying to create Groups for my transactions (I run a fashion business and need to see transactions per season) and I keep getting error message "Error, Group not created. Refresh page and try again."
I have tried a new incognito window, cleared cache, signed out and signed back in, nothing works. Is there a permission or upgrade we need to utilize this? Please help!

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! We appreciate you coming here with your question about this particular error message. 

 

Have you tried creating Groups for your transactions through another device? If not, let's go ahead and sign into your QBO account on another computer and try the steps there. 

 

If you have, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be able to review your account with you and see why this error message is appearing in your QBO account. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Press the Contact Us button. 
  3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk. 
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
