Auto tax populate problem

Any one else having an issue. When theybadd suggested time  to a invoice. The tax code does not automatically import for each line item only the very first line.  I then manually nhave to go and check the proper tax code  for every imported line item. It used to auto populate. But no longer works. Quick books support  has been non existent in trying to help me resolve the issue.
