You can change your company and customer-facing email in Company Settings. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon  and select Account and settings.
  2. Under Company info, find the Email section and click Edit.
  3. Enter your desired email address and click Save.
  4. Under Customer contact info, locate Customer email and click Edit.
  5. Enter your desired email address and click Save.

Since your clients aren't receiving the emails, QuickBooks sends them through Intuit's servers, which can make the sender address look unfamiliar. You can have them check their spam or junk folders.

See that’s the thing. In settings those emails are both right but when I got to hit send on an estimate it’s a different email address.

QuickBooks uses a default email address when sending an estimate, which is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. However, you can change the "sent from" email address using a Gmail account.

Here’s how:

  1. After creating the estimate, click the Review and send button.

  2. Select the From dropdown, then choose + Add Gmail address.

  3. Hit Connect Google account and follow the on-screen steps.
