Welcome and thank you for posting here on the Community page! QuickBooks Online Projects feature is a dynamic way to manage income, expenses and labour fees, for each job. I can see how beneficial it would be to provide one invoice for a customer with multiple jobs on the go. I would be happy to help!
Here's how to create the invoice;
1. Open +New from the left menu and select Invoice
2. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Customer
3. The side panel will open, providing the option to Add associated transactions
