how do you enter a loan in quickbooks self-employed

I am trying to enter my loan and the loan payments but cannot find the chart of accounts in quickbooks self-employed.

Chart of Accounts is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. When tracking your business loan, only the loan interest is deductible.

Ok. But how do I track a loan payment in Self-Employed QBs if a loan can't be created. Money needs to be tracked in and out.
