I am trying to efile the T2 and AT1 (Alberta) but when I click on efile this return, nothing happens. Support chat was not able to help. Anyone else have this issue.
I have the exact same issue. I thought it could be the lack of a valid folder for the xml file but that didnt work after fixed. I ll keep looking...
I got it sorted with the expert help of Julie from the support team. There is a conflict in the program when you have both the T2 and T1 licenses activated. I had to removed all the licenses I had including the 2022 T1 license and I was able to send the T2 and AT1. I can re-activate the T1 at any time. A fix should be coming out with the next update.
