I am trying to purchase Profile to prepare non-resident tax returns for 2022. The company is a US company and does not have a Canadian Address. The purchase screens require a Canadian mailing address (which we do not have). Have any users found a way around this issue? I called support and they do not have a solution.
I had the opposite issue when purchasing ProSeries here in Canada to prepare US tax returns. They (Intuit US) put a US zip code into a field on the billing screen, instead of a Canadian postal code in order to get my renewals to work each year. They had my correct Canadian postal code for mailing purposes, it was just an internal thing.

If you are ok with that, you can use a fake canadian address and you will be able to purchase. Make sure you have the correct email address.

Thanks for your reply. Using a fake mailing address makes me uncomfortable. If a Canadian address is used, there could be GST/HST tax implications. Is Intuit really recommending customers to use incorrect customer information to purchase the product?

Unfortunately, Profile will not support USA address, not this tax season for sure. And yes there will be tax implications, unfortunately, we can not help with this.
