For T2: when doing carry forward last year T2 to current year, those listed in previous year Schedule 8 ( Class, UCC etc ) were NOT carried forward to current year Schedule 8. Wondering if Profile can fix it or we have to manually entered all those amounts, class etc.?
No such issue on me so far.
Not before I updated to V2202.1. looks like I have to call Profile customer service then.
With this update, the majority of my T1 & T2 file shortcut icons on ALL YEARS show this "+" look attached, even with "Show Captions" on. Please show me quick how to fix this.
Hello Louis, this will be fixed in a future update. In the meantime, make sure you open the File to be carried forward in the latest module 2020-2023. To do so, go to file properties, change All the status to unknown, save the return, reopen it , then right click on a page and carry forward
When will this update be fixed with a patch? The error is still occurring (December 12, 2022) with carrying forward a 2021 T2 to 2022 T2 all UCC (S8) amounts and classes are still being cleared out.
Will the 2020-2023 file version fix the UCC carryforward issue in the meantime?
V2022.2 now changes my T1 & T2 shortcut icons' + to an useless 's,.....
