We are getting Access Violation message at least once or twice a day, then Profile freezes. We have to forcefully close and lose unsaved file. Anybody has solution to this. Thanks in advance
this is now happening to me as well.
It happens to us sometimes and we lose all posted data of file we are working on then need to start from scratch for that file. It happens more often to workstation computer than main database one.
Can Profile team please look into it.
@sunny when you say it happens more frquently on workstation computers, is this a Full install of Profile on the workstation or is this a workstation install?
full install. has happened twice today, requiring a profile restart.
But it is happening on all 4 computers. All these have full install
now happening every 5 to 6 returns being saved...
