digital signature on Quickbook

Once you're on the site, enter the keywords such as "digital signature" and look for an app that allows you to add a digital signature. Give this a try and let me know how you make out. What kind of business do you run? A construction company or else?

there is no app related to digital signature. I hope to find a useful app for the signing checks

I went to the link suggested and there don't appear to be any 3rd party apps listed for using a digital signature for cheques on a Canadian desktop version of QB.  Has there been any progress is allowing for a digital signature directly in Quickbooks?  I see that this is available in the US. We are using Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale 2023.

HI this has been bothering me as well. Digital signing is a common practice in today's business - and doesn't seem to be a big feature. The problem with 3rd party parties is they charge a lot of money for a simple feature. Having digital signing just isn't worth $60 a month for a small business. Is there any plans for QB to add this feature in the future?

Thanks for joining us here.  As mentioned, this feature currently isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop Canada.  Please feel free to  submit a suggestion, if you would like to see additional options come available in future updates. In the interim, you can review other options with third party apps.
