Question

digital signature on Quickbook

The digital signature function on QB Canadian Version is not available. Are there any recommendations for the third party company or program for this function?

Hello JaneHmart,

Glad to have you reach out to us here. I can see the benefit of being able to add a digital signature in QuickBooks and I'll be glad to share more info on this. QuickBooks is a hassle-free program that allows you to connect third-party apps that help you achieve your QuickBooks goals with ease.

I encourage you to search for third-party apps which you can find on our app store: http://www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, enter the keywords such as "digital signature" and look for an app that allows you to add a digital signature. Give this a try and let me know how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.

You're more than welcome to keep me posted on how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you need anything else.

Hi JaneHmart,

Thanks for reaching back out to Community.  Digital signatures would be ideal for getting your work done in a timely fashion. I'd be glad to provide you with a couple of options.

You can search for a compatible third party app here and enter key words that best describe what you're looking to find, what's best for you and your establishment.

Feel free to provide your product suggestions to our QuickBooks Development Team to help with improvements and additions moving forward, by going to Help > Send Feedback Online > Product Suggestion.

We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what would give you a better customer experience for your business needs.

Take care and enjoy the rest of your day!

What kind of business do you run? A construction company or else?
