I accidentally worked on the wrong data file for 2 days. Can I pull a report from of the entries export it to Excel and Import them into the correct data file??

Yes, you can. All you need to do is pull up a transactions report then export them to Excel. Here;s how:
Before you import these transactions to the correct company file, make sure you follow the recommended headers for a file import. The placement of these headers defines a field in the company file to prevent issues during the import, and serves as a command on what information is imported into QuickBooks.
