Yes, you can. All you need to do is pull up a transactions report then export them to Excel. Here;s how:
- Go to the Reports menu at the top.

- Tap the Excel button on the report, then select Create New Worksheet.
- Choose your preference in the Send Report to Excel window and hit Export.
Before you import these transactions to the correct company file, make sure you follow the recommended headers for a file import. The placement of these headers defines a field in the company file to prevent issues during the import, and serves as a command on what information is imported into QuickBooks.
