In this type of situation, we recommend clearing cache on your preferred browser and then log into your account with a private or incognito browser, to see if you get the same result. This type of unexpected behavior can also be associated with user permissions for which it's best to reach out to your Administrator. In addition, it can also be caused when an account falls inactive. Please check the account status by going to > Settings ⚙ > Account and settings > Billing and subscription.
