Non-Resident Mailing Address

The mailing address I have entered is a Canadian mailing address, yet it is saying it is NOT a Canadian mailing address. In the next section where is states - Non-Canadian mailing address for a resident of Canada? YES or NO (auto fills YES and won't let me check the NO box)

Is this a known issue? How do I fix this?

Non-Resident Mailing Address

There are some tax returns when you carry them forward that are coming as Non-Canadian mailing address for a resident of Canada? as YES which on the prior tax return is NO!  Why is this happening and is this being looked into.

Non-Resident Mailing Address

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

On the province line, ProFile needs a two digit province code. For example enter, AB for Alberta. You can select the province code from the drop down at the far right side of the province line.  If you write out Alberta, Profile will not find a two digit code and consider it to be a foreign address. The next version of ProFile will fix this issue, making ProFile more aware of Canadian provinces and territories.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but hope this helps
