PROFILE PROGRAM IS FREEZING

I HAVE TRIED NOW 6 TIMES TO ENTER AN EMPLOYEE EXPENSE ON A PROFILE 2022 T-1. IT FREEZES AS SOON AS YOU CLICK ON A LINE.  I'M TRYING TO GET AN ANSWER FOR A SOLUTION BUT NO ONE, NOT EVEN PROFILE IS COMMENTING. DOES PROFILE MONITOR THESE Q&A'S? I ALMOST WE NT TO TAXPREP DUE TO SO MANY ISSUES I'VE BEEN HAVING WITH PROFILE LAST FEW YEARS.  MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE

I WENT ANOTHER ROUTE AND IT WORKED.. TOO MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE DOING THEM MANUALLY
