Nest submissions failed to upload

I have been having this error message for months now. Never use to be a problem. I've tried everything, clearing cache, and checking user name and password is correct but QB online still fails to upload my employee contributions. I am getting really fed up with this problem.

This is error message:

We couldn’t upload 1 out of 1 of your contributions to Nest

Glad to see you again here in the Community, @gcj1971.

I want to ensure that you'll be able to submit your contributions to Nest successfully.

To help verify the root cause of this error, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your employee's data and help you with the submission.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Choose the Let' talk button.
  5. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.

On the other hand, you can always visit the Nest error help page for more troubleshooting steps in fixing Nest issues. You can also scan through this link for more tips about managing Nest Submission in QBO: Automated Nest Submission in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.

Let me know if you have any other questions about the submission or with QuickBooks by dropping a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you. Have a great day!

Thanks. When I get chance, I will try your suggestion. I've given up on QB for filing my employee pension contributions. I'm having to do it manually on Nest. The user sign in and password is correct for Nest, so I cannot see reason why it is not filing successfully. Also, I'm fed up of having to enter email addresses of sub contractors manually when sending their CIS payment and deduction certificates. For some reason it leaves the email box empty. I'm seriously considering going back to my previous payroll software provider.

I am having the same problem - failed to upload see 'empoyee status' and there is zero explanation.

I use QBO for payroll in Canada and the USA as well and it's nowhere near the problem it is for the UK. I too am thinking of forgoing qbo payroll and finding another solution because this is extremely time consuming as is QBO customer support - they are not knowledgable and they keep putting you on hold, one call could be two hours with no solution - I am not happy
