When adding invoices, if using "Save and new", the curser would default to the Customer field. It now defaults to a clock logo. Can I change this back?

Can I change this back?

If only it was that simple, @sallybennett1

I'm pretty sure it's nothing you've done - although the Clock Symbol has me slightly confused.

This seems like the same problem referred to in these threads...

@Ashleigh1 knows about these but is studiously ignoring the link!

It took about 2-3wks for the code ****-up to be reversed last time.

More in hope than expectation, I would like to think it will be sorted out more quickly this time around.

Hello Sallybennett1, thanks for posting on the Community page, the cursor defaults doesn't go to a certain field unless if you are using a shortcut key possibly?

Thanks Paul, that is exactly it.  I'm glad I'm not the only person finding this a complete pain in the a..s!

Thanks Ashleigh.  I don't use shortcut keys.  This is something that has recently changed.  I have received another reply that confirms many people are unhappy about the same thing and have reported the problem.
