Fix a blank ProAdvisor tab

Are you having trouble opening your ProAdvisor tab? Does it display a blank white screen when you select it? Don't worry. Here’s how to fix this issue so you can open that tab.

Solution 1: Clear web browser cookies and cache

Web browsers store cookies and bits of data to speed up your browsing experience. Sometimes this can stop pages from loading correctly.

Clear your browser cache and cookies. Then try opening the ProAdvisor tab again. If you need detailed steps, here's how to clear the temporary internet files and web browser cache.

Solution 2: Use a different web browser

If you cleared your browser cache and the ProAdvisor tab is still blank, sign into your QuickBooks Online account in another browser.

If the ProAdvisor Tab still won't open, your antivirus software may be preventing the page from loading.
