We have two different version of payroll for QuickBooks Online we have one version QuickBooks Online Payroll otherwise known as QBOP, this version is recommended for 10 employees but can run up to 30 comfortably. Our other version of payroll is called PaySuite which is recommended for 30 employees but can run up to 50, whilst these are recommended numbers for each version they can run with more but you may experience slower run time.
