It's good to see you here with us, sozberg,
If I may ask, what specific transaction were you exporting? Is it Payroll transactions, Product and Services list, or data exported from your QuickBooks Desktop account?
Can you please provide more details, so that I can help you further?
Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!
Hello, sozberg,
I'd be happy to share some information about exporting data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Upon exporting data, you’re just extracting information based on the existing data you’ve set up in your QBO account in which this data affects none of the reports.
As always, you can export data anytime whenever you wanted to.
For guidance on how to export data in QBO, here's a great resource that you can check: Export reports, lists, and more.
However, if you mean something else, please don’t hesitate to reach back out and provide more details. Have a great day
I was doing a QBO Payroll report and thought I was exporting it to Excel, I find days later that it exported to my QBO account again. It is 2021 & 2022 info. There was over 6 months of payroll. Do I have to delete each check individually? Please help!
It was paychecks from 2021 & 2022 that I was wanting in an Excel worksheet.
