Here's how:
- In QuickBooks Online, click Help on the top menu.
- Click Contact Us.
- Under How can we help?, enter a brief description of your concern.
- Click Continue.
- Select the option to call us or receive a callback.
In the meantime, you can manually create transactions like sales forms or expenses.
