We had a network change and the 2 computers can communicate except for QB. The host computer did not change, multi-user is on, host multi-user is on. User computer goes to Admin login and does not sync with host. We have re-downloaded the app many times and did updates. Any suggestions.

We can check the folder permissions on your server computer to ensure that the folder holding your company files has permission to be on your network. If so, make sure that the QuickBooks Database Server Manager is installed on your server computer. This way, your company files will be shared with other computers over your network. Then, set the Windows admin rights. This will let you change your firewall settings and folder permissions. Next, scan your folder using the Database Server Manager to access your file over the network.

Problem was solved by checking the users. Re-went through that process, backed it up, and saved to network and opened it on second computer. Thank you for your response.
