How do I restart my account

If you mean by restart is to reset your account, that option isn't available in QuickBooks. However, I have a workaround that you may consider.

We can cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed account and then open a new one. This way, you can start the account from scratch.

Before canceling the account, you can download all of your work from QuickBooks Self-Employed. This is a good idea to hold on to your work for your records.

1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. In the Tax details section, select a tax year.
3. Select Download to get a tax detail report.
4. Download a report for each tax year you have in QuickBooks.

Once subscribed, we can import all your transactions.
