Hi, I was wondering how to transfer my inventory from my POS (Springboard Retail) into quickbooks?

Hi Bernice1,

 

Welcome to the Community. 

 

Are you using a third-party POS application? If so, there's no option in QuickBooks Online to manually sync the inventory items form their app. I'd recommend contacting their support team to get more help with synchronizing their inventory setup with QBO.
