I would like to be able to offer this to my customers. But cannot find how to get the link attached to my estimate or even the email with my estimate. Per what I have read, there should be an option button on the estimate when it goes to a customer. I have made sure this option is toggled on. I can see that it is toggled on, but yet there is no evidence of any options or links for a customer to look at financing options.  I cannot find even a separate link for Quickbooks and credit karma financing options that I could send to a customer separately. I called Quickbooks support and all I could get was a email to credit karma.

Hi, t5t-texas1. Let me provide details about integrating financing options from QuickBooks and Credit Karma.

If the estimate exceeds $2,000, you should activate the financing options in your settings. If they are already enabled but you still don't see the financing option available, I suggest reaching out to our live support team for assistance.

Here's how you can reach our live support team:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Navigate to the Help (?) icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Click on the Assistant tab for support from the QB assistant, or go to the Search tab and type in Contact Us to receive help from a specialist.
  4. Click on the Contact Us button when it appears.
  5. Select your preferred method of connecting with them:
  • Callback - to reserve your spot and get someone to call you back
  • Chat - to start with a conversation with an expert through chat

Please take note of the supporting hours of the Live Support Team. For more information, refer to this article: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

Regarding the separate link for QuickBooks and Credit Karma financing options, we currently do not offer this feature. However, we can link estimate transactions.

Additionally, here is a guide on how to create and send invoices using QuickBooks Online: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Your success is our foremost concern, and we are committed to offering you the necessary support. Don't hesitate to contact us for additional help with financing with credit karma or any other issues. We are always available to assist you in maximizing your QuickBooks experience.

The live help didn't work for me! I spoke with two QBO reps in two chat sessions. The first one left the chat after the first reply. Basically leaving me hanging. The second asked what my goal was and if I was receiving payments from customers. After more explanation of the QBO financing feature, the rep recommended I contact Credit Karma. Basically passing the buck. I scheduled a call. The rep was pretty confused at first, eventually she saw the same issue I'm seeing, no option or link or any indication of financing on the customer facing estimate.

So if you're into wasting time and chasing an issue around in circles and/or explaining the features and functionality of QBO to support staff, then QBO support is for you!
