password reset tool

When I forgot my password I tried the link to reset it. When I enter my info, it says my phone number is not the one I registered with, though after checking my profile it shows that it is correct. Thoughts?

    Which QB Desktop year version do you have?


    I'll make sure you'll be able to reset your password, Karen.

     

    In addition to Fiat Lux - ASIA, you'll want to ensure your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is updated to the latest release. This way, we can guarantee the program is running on the newest features and fixes. I'd be glad to guide you how:

     

    1. Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
    2. Select the Update Now tab. 
    3. Click Get Updates to start the download.
    4. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks and accept the option to install the new release.

    Once done, you can now reset your admin passwords. If the issue remains, I propose contacting our support team. There, they can add you to the list of affected users who are unable to reset their admin passwords. They can also aid you in the workaround by sending your file to data services for a password reset.

    Allow me to help and guide you on how to reset your Gmail password so you can send Invoice to QuickBooks successfully.

     

    In order to change your gmail password, you'll need to be sign in first. Let me provide you the steps: 

    1. Open your Google Account.
    2. Under "Security," select Signing in to Google.
    3. Choose Password. You might need to sign in again. 
    4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.
