Revoked Certificate - Web Connector

Thanks for sharing your concern in QuickBooks Community, @Cheley.

For now, there's no specific timeline as to when the issue with the web connector revoked certificate will be fixed. Please know that our dedicated team of engineers are actively working on it to achieve a swift resolution.

For status updates regarding the concern, you can check this link here: https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/incidents/gnwzj17pz790

In the interim, let's run some troubleshooting measures to address the problem. To begin, I recommend updating QuickBooks Desktop to its most recent version. Here's the procedure:

  1. Go to Help and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click Update Now, then select Get Updates.
  3. After the update is complete, close and reopen QuickBooks.
  4. When asked to install the update, click Yes.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions when the installation finishes.

If you're still getting the same result, I suggest following the steps outlined in this article, starting from the second step: How to fix the error QuickBooks - Application with Revoked Certificate.

If the issue persists and ensure that your account will be added to the list of affected users, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Phone Support Team. By doing so, you can receive real-time updates on the investigation and be notified via email once the issue is resolved.

For further assistance with managing applications in the Web Connector, you can refer to the Manage an app section in this article: Set up QuickBooks Web Connector.
