How do I input a VAT 407 form (VAT Retail Export Scheme Application for tax free shopping) into Quick books?

I have looked into whether the VAT 407 form can be input and supported with in QuickBooks Online and at present this isn't possible, you will be able to record transactions relating to this with in the system however the form and submission is not supported currently.
