The option to directly stop the submission of your tax return is currently unavailable in QBO. To check if you can still stop it, you’ll have to reach out to our support team.
They have tools to review the status of your VAT return and will use them to help fix the issue. You can contact them via the call back process or chat directly with a support agent.
Here’s how:
- Go to Help at the top, then click on the Contact Us link.
- In the What can we help you with? window, enter contact support in the field box.
- In the Choose a way to connect with us section.
- Select Chat or Get a callback.
