Hello there, scott

Right now, we are aware that some customers are unable to access the standard reports. I know it’s important to see them so I’d like you to know that our product engineers are currently working on this.

As workaround, you can use the following direct links to the common reports in the program.

In line with this, I’d recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. One of our specialists will add your company info to the notification list.  This is to ensure you’re in the loop about its status and its fix. Here’s how:

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact.
  2. Under the What can we help you with? section, click Search for something else.
  3. Enter your question, and then click Search.
  4. Go to the second step by scrolling down the page, then choose Send Email.
  5. Enter your email, full name, question, and contact info.
  6. Click Ask Your Question.
