RESUBSCRIPTION ERROR

we are unable to resubscibe to our account since August. The resubscribe button was greyed out every time we tried to add new payment or use the previous payment method. the following error keeps on showing on our screen

Your subscriptions were suspended because we couldn’t process your payment. Want to keep your pricing and reactivate your plans? Resubscribe by 09/21/2026

Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message. (Error code: -81622, type: VALIDATION_ERROR)

Error -81622 and a greyed-out button mean QuickBooks detects a payment mismatch or a hidden formatting character. To fix this, manually replace your billing address with a temporary one, save it, and then retype your actual billing address.

Please ensure your name, U.S.-based physical address (no PO Boxes), ZIP, and CVV exactly match your bank records. QuickBooks Online doesn't accept prepaid cards or non-U.S. billing addresses.

If the issue persists after updating your address and logging back in, we can contact our Intuit Expert to clear the error and restore your subscription.

We’ve done that already, but the error is still the same. We are here in Palau we can’t connect a call to your support so maybe you can suggest any other means to contact them. Or maybe you can help us troubleshoot our account on your end if you don’t mind. As we have tried all the suggested ways of your AI assistant. Please help us on this as the tax season here in palau is next week already.
