Bank transactions not loading

Since you have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, it is best to contact our Intuit Experts. They can look more deeply into your account to find exactly what is causing the error and fix it.

While they work on a fix, you can log in using the web version of QuickBooks Online. This way, you can still view your accounts and run your business without any delay.

You can also manually upload your bank transactions to keep your books current until the automatic feed is back up. Just keep in mind that once the connection is restored, those same transactions might download again. If they do, you can easily exclude the duplicates to clear them out.
