Since you have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, it is best to contact our Intuit Experts. They can look more deeply into your account to find exactly what is causing the error and fix it.

While they work on a fix, you can log in using a mobile browser and check whether your accounts are loading new transactions. If not, click the Update button to refresh your connection and force the system to pull the latest data.

Otherwise, you can manually upload your transactions within the affected period to keep your books current until the automatic feed is back up. Here’s how:

  1. Go to All apps, click Accounting, and choose Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Link account drop-down menu and select Upload from file.
  3. Choose Upload from this device, pick the file you downloaded from your bank, and click Continue.
  4. Open the Select account drop-down menu, pick the account where you want to add the transactions, and click Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to match your file's columns with the correct QuickBooks fields, then click Continue.
  6. Check the boxes next to the transactions you want to import, then click Continue.
  7. Click Yes to confirm, then click Done.

Just keep in mind that once the connection is restored, those same transactions might download again. If they do, you can easily exclude the duplicates to clear them out.
