Cannot set up a payroll or employee data. Have amended settings in Google Chrome

I understand how necessary it is to set up your payroll and employee data in QuickBooks, dfidlerukyahoocouk. I'm here to help you with that.

Browser-related issues can cause unexpected behaviors when setting up payroll or employee data in QuickBooks Online. The stored cache can affect the performance of the program.

To resolve this, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, try setting up payroll and employee data. If you're able to do so, let's clear the browser's cache. This removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

You can also access your account using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you view useful information about your business and employees. This ensures you're able to keep track of your data: View Reports in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.

If you receive any error messages, please let us know. This way, we'll be able to investigate the main cause of this.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, dfidlerukyahoocouk. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
