Question

NatWest bank connection still not working

Tried to connect NatWest accounts and screen freezes right at the end of the process. Annoying that you have to get that far and then that happens

Hello Glenn26,

Welcome to the Community page,

Are you trying to do the connection on the app or web browser version? If it’s the web browser version are you doing it on a mobile or laptop/pc? If you doing it on a mobile please can you do the connection on a pc/laptop. If you have tried on a pc/laptop please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try do the connection again.

Hello Donna021, thanks for posting on this thread, do you get any error messages or codes at all when you try to do the connection?
