I've signed up for a payment link to add to my invoices. Is there an approval time, as they aren't showing up? I've checked that everything is toggled on in the accounts and settings tab.

Hi, Jane. After applying for QuickBooks Payments, your account typically goes through a review process. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days, although it may take longer if further verification is needed.

 

During this time, payment options (such as Pay by Card or Pay by bank) won’t appear on your invoices, even if everything is toggled on in settings.

 

Since you've already reviewed your settings, you can also read the QuickBooks Payments FAQs for additional information and guidance.

 

If it's been more than a few days and you're still not seeing payment links, your application may still be under review, or a verification step is pending.

 

At that point, it's best to reach out to QuickBooks Support so they can check the status of your application.
