Reviewed column missing on QuickBooks Sole Trader.

We have set up a client on QuickBooks Sole Trader and, using our login, taugh the client how to review the bank transactions and click the checkbox to say that the transaction had been reviewed. Our client went home and logged in using his details and there is no column with the reviewed checkbox, he had forwarded a screen shot showing that colum is missing. Is this something that is only available to us as the accountant? Regards, Al

The Reviewed column in QuickBooks Sole Trader (QBST) is only visible to accountants, agsmith1610. I got more details about this.

 

When your client logs in with their own QuickBooks account, they'll only see the standard user view and will not be able to see this column or the checkbox. They can only assign a category and exclude a transaction.

 

This feature, along with the Assign category and Exclude options, is specifically designed to help you manage and track the progress of your client's books for accuracy and completeness.

 

Your client's role is to ensure that all entered transactions are categorized correctly, while yours is to review that work for accuracy and completeness.
