I can help you import your bank statement into QuickBooks Online (QBO) through either the Bank transactions page or the Import data page.
Before we proceed, please note that QBO supports the following file formats for bank statement imports: PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, CSV, QFX, QBO, OFX, and TXT.
Here's how to do it from the Bank transactions page:
Navigate to All apps, then Accounting, and select Bank transactions.
Click the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from file.
Hit Upload from this device, then choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Here's how to do it from the Import data page:
Go to the Gear icon, then Import data.
Choose Bank Data as the record type, then click Import.
Click Upload from this device, then choose your file.
Follow the prompts from there.
Alternatively, if you'd like your transactions to come in automatically going forward, you can connect your bank or credit card account directly to QBO.
Once uploaded, QuickBooks will bring in your transactions so you can review, match, and categorize them.
To enhance your experience, our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team is available to help you manage and organize your bank transactions.
