Hi ajmcleaning09,

To remove duplicate bank transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Select the affected bank account that contains duplicate transactions.
  2. If they're in the For review tab, select the duplicates that you want to remove.
  3. Choose Exclude to move them to the Excluded tab.
  4. To permanently remove, go to Excluded tab, select them, then choose Delete.

If duplicates are already categorised or matched, go to the Categorised tab, select them, and click Undo to move them back to For review tab for exclusion.

Please note that directly deleting duplicate transactions without first excluding them will cause the system to recognise them as missing and re-download them from the bank. Deleting duplicates through the Excluded tab prevents QuickBooks from re-importing these transactions into the bank feed.

Tip: Accidentally excluded a transaction? Go to Excluded tab, select it, and click Undo to move it back to For review.
