Anyone else find when you save a categorised transaction in Bank Transactions when it closes that transaction there is a long lag until you are able to select the next 1

Eg I've assigned a payment to an invoice, Save, and then it seems to refresh the screen but you are unable to click on the next transaction for eg 30 seconds. It's been an ongoing issue with QB's for me for the last couple of years

receipts not matching transactions automatically

My receipts no longer match transactions automatically. They are uploading just not linking like they used to. Anyone else having this issue? I need to simply fill in the transactions category and GST component and have the receipt link automatically, as this method is the one I use and suits me most.

I was told by quickbooks that I needed to move to "open banking" to connect my business transactions to quickbook. they assured me my bank would be making it available on the 31st of october. it is the 4th of november and when I follow the prompts to connect my bank, I am moved through the process for "Direct Banking" and not "open banking". this is slightly infuriating, especially since now I have no bank connected to quickbooks and ive been on hold to talk to a human for about 30 minutes.

Every time I log in I have to refresh my bank feed. Fair enough for the security aspect. But why do I have to redo it five or six times before it suddenly works? GRRRR

I'm in Australia and I have two accounts. One with Commonwealth and one with Suncorp. Suncorp has a security token and Commonwealth sends you a confirmation message.

According to accredited organisation list Quickbooks is supposed to be ready to connect to commonwealth bank, but I am not able to work out how to do it.
