List of transactions in Bank Transactions is up to date. The list for matching receipts via the method above is only to early June. 100 receipts but no matches though I can view them in transactions. Nothing posted. Something not connecting?

It wasn’t like this before – everything was working fine until recently.

Some transaction are coming into QBO via Bank Feed in USD without any matching transaction in AUD. In recent months we were getting both AUD and USD and we could use the AUD amount to Add or Post the transaction. Now that we are only getting the Feed in USD we have to Exclude the transaction and manually add it. The fact that transactions were comin in in AUD and USD clearly means the AUD Fee exists, but QBO are pulling the USD transaction instead of the AUD. Are they still working on this? Is there a work around, i.e. setup the supplier in USD and set an exchange rate?

I have read numerous posts by QuickBooks referring to "Connect to PayPal" and "Connect to PayPal 2.0" app.  They include instructions on how to download the app and use it.  Some of these include links (which are broken) to where you can download the app, but it seems this app does not exist. Does anyone know where it has gone?   The reason I am trying to use this app is to get around a 2FA problem I am getting with a "Connected Bank" with PayPal.  The account won't sync unless you give it a 2FA code.  This defeats the purpose of automating the PayPal transactions into QBO if you have to manually authenticate every day.  Apparently the Connect to PayPal app gets around that 2FA connection issue, but I can't find the app to try it out.  Any help locating this or letting me know a work around for the 2FA issue is greatly appreciated!

Error in updating bank feeds (something isnt working and need to complete some security steps for Netbank). My client had already completed the secure connection, but still showing the same error and bank transactions are not updating. How do he fix this?

In the past, when I have added a Square App Tranaction, I have been able to match that deposit in my bank account with the added transaction. I am now no longer able to do this, and only my current Quickbooks invoices appear.

the community did not help. This is a error in the software. i have done the cvs file import many times before. but now it wont work. Can anyone help?

Over the course of several years, I have meticulously uploaded data and photos into QuickBooks Online (QBO), operating under the belief that I would eventually undergo an audit. Presently, I have concluded my commercial activities and wish to inquire as to the fate of this data in the cloud. Specifically, I am interested in whether I can still access my proofs (receipts) in the event of an audit three years from now, given that it can only be reconnected within 12 months.I have ascertained that the data can indeed be reconnected within 12 months, but I am uncertain as to whether this will still be possible after a longer period of time. As such, I would greatly appreciate any information or guidance on this matter. Thanks Paul

Can no longer connect to ING. Account types have not changed, Had previously been connected to my accounts since joining quickbook sin about 2022. The option to chat or ask for a call back in disabled, the only way to contact is through this post.

It doesn't matter what type of problem. I believe it's mostly problems with matching transactions. If there are others, I'd like to know if there are as many as 100's or 1,000's.  Quickbooks has always been glitchy in many areas of its features but this takes it all. .Ever since PayPal was changed over into app transactions it's been the worst to work with.PayPal transactions are now undeposited funds???Transactions don't matchTransactions are missingNot as easy to undo a match I might as well sever the link and just do it manually.
