I am being billed for more employees than I actually have. How do I fix that?

I'd be glad to help check why your being billed for more employees than you actually have.

 

One possible reason why your billed for more than the actual employees you have is because of the add on charge when you're creating paycheck for your employee per month.

 

However, to check the charge securely, I suggest getting in touch with our Support Team. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Select a topic under What can we help you with?.
  4. Click on Get a phone number.
