Setting up payroll for Quick books payroll Standard for seven employees. keep getting message that am missing info for some employees. please advise

do I need to have email addresses and phone numbers to setup. Have all sin numbers,tax info rates etc.  Does workforce need to be setup.  Want to add history for 2023 for employees but cannot reach that step it says I am missing stuff for employees

Removing Stat Holiday Pay

My business does not have to pay statutory pay to all employees, as this is a healthcare related business in Ontario.  How do I get around the fact that Quickbooks online does not let me deactivate Statutory Pay for employees as it's on by default.

How do you edit a direct deposit pay that has been already processed

The pay date for the processed direct deposit is incorrect so the payroll taxes are accruing for the wrong pay period. I need to edit the pay date to the correct date. I am using quickbooks online.

I had sent an etransfer to an employee that differed from his paystub by 3 cents. How can I correct the amount ?

The etransfer was sent first . Payroll was done at a later time as the payroll clerk was on vacation.   After running the payroll I found the difference in the two amounts.  How can i reconcile those

Why is quickbooks telling me I have 15 days until payday? I have set up for payroll twice a month, and haven't issued a paycheque since the middle of February.

I ran payroll mid-feb and went online to run payroll for the end of Feb and it is telling me next payroll is 15 days out. Not sure why!
