While paying the May payroll i accidently selected the June pay period and run the payroll through Direct Deposit. The payment are already made out. Is there a way i can fix this as i am not able to run the June Pay again through Direct deposit. Also how do i fix the paystub to reflect the May period on them

Since the Direct Deposit has already been processed, you won't be able to edit or delete these paychecks on your own. Please contact our Intuit Experts directly.

Because the funds have already been moved, they will need to use backend tools to correct the pay periods, fix the pay stubs, and reset your June payroll without affecting your taxes.

We'll get this corrected for you right away. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I spoke to them and they said i have to void the pay which is incorrect and re issue a new pay for May as paper cheque. Quite honestly i am not that sure about this resolution what happens to the bank feed when voiding the cheque does it show a reversal in Bank Journal coz the money is now physically in employees bank account. I might call them again to see if they can do some back end adjustments
