Hi, Debbie. Did you encounter an error message while trying to upload your receipt? When uploading your receipts to QuickBooks, remember that the file types supported are PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. We also don't recommend uploading receipts with sensitive or personal info, like credit card numbers and government identifiers.

You can convert HEIC images to a compatible format.

Then, you can upload receipts from your computer or Google Drive, and each image or file should only contain a single receipt.

Start by going to the All apps menu and selecting Accounting. Click on Receipts, select Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.

For more guidance on uploading your receipts to QuickBooks, you can refer to this article: Upload your receipts.
