I need to correct my Balance Sheet Report

Thanks for posting in the Community!

As of now, the ability to rearrange the accounts in the Balance Sheet according to liquidity is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, I recommend submitting this valuable input to our software engineers. They might consider your suggestion and include it in our future product updates. To do that:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Select Feedback under Profile.
3. Enter a brief description of your feature request, and click Next.
   
    

As a work around, I recommend exporting the report through Excel and customise it from there to move the bank accounts to the top. Here's how to export reports to Excel:

1. From the Reports tab click on Balance Sheet report.
2. Filter the Report period.
3. Click on the Export icon right next to Settings and Printer icon.
4. Save the file in your computer.

Moreover, we can customise reports to filter them to show specific customers or accounts. This way, only the needed information will appear in the reports.
