We are using sync with square & QB online. We had issues recently where it stopped syncing. It is now syncing again, but it is not matching to the bank receipts. Help!

Please advise if there is a setting in either Sync with Square or QB that needs adjusting.

We no longer have a stand-alone program of QuickBooks. Are we able to restore from our last back-up QBB file into QB online and then continue entering this year's books?

QB Online only seems to import CSV and XCEL files and then only asks for separate information like Customers, suppliers, accounts, products and services.  Does this mean I have to re-enter the whole year's books manually?
