When I log in to QB online from my desktop or iPhone the bank feed amount is reconciled with QB amount, however when I log in to QB online from my iPad the bank account is correct but the QB amount is not the same amount as when I log in with other devices. I have refreshed the QB data on the iPad, turned ipad on and off, logged out of QB and back in etc. and QB amount on ipad is still incorrect and states 0 New transactions. I don't understand why iPad QB amount is different to QB amount on other devices? I have No idea how to get QB on iPad to show that bank account is reconciled. Any suggestions?
Good work and thank you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried, @epc-strata-iinet. This way, I can determine where to start helping you reconcile your bank account balance.
Since the amount still doesn't match even after refreshing your data, let's consider deleting your app and installing it again. By doing so, the system activates the integrated connection between your accounts and syncs your transactions.
If this does not work, we'll have to log in to your QuickBooks Online account via any browser application on your iPad. Like so, we can find out if it's the iPad itself having issues in receiving your company data. Use this link to log in: qbo.intuit.com.
Don't hesitate to comment below if you have additional questions while working with your bank transactions or anything about QuickBooks. I'd be more than happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
