Importing and Exporting Data

I am trying to convert my QBO company data to QB Desktop but my "Export Overview" is not displaying...what can i do?

Im using Microsoft Edge and I selected the URL and replaced anything after /app/ with exportqbodatatoqbdt. The "Export overview" displays but i cant proceed from there.

Importing Purchase Orders with CSV file into QBO

Hi Is it possible to import a purchase Order from Excel or a CSV file into QBO? I have large Purchase Orders of approx 80 - 100 lines at a time and  would like to be able to pull this data into QBO instead of manually typing the Stock codes and then the Quantities. Many ThanksGraham

Nedbank & QB online. Has anyone else had issues with QB and Nedbank since the changeover? Specifically with the bank, not auto-updating.

It's coming for a month now. Neither QB nor Nedbank has offered much support other than troubleshooting the same processes with me over and over. Surely I cannot be the only one having this problem?

QuickBooks Online not syncing since 8 April 2021

Hi  We're experiencing an issue with QuickBooks Online not syncing with Nedbank. We have done the following in an attempt to resolve:  Waiting a few hours as per the error message's prompt Removed the bank account and set up with the link to the bank - receive an error that Nedbank isn't availableCleared the cache, no difference Tried using a different browser, no difference We've repeated the above process daily since the 8th with no difference.
