What are my chances of getting a download of the 2008 version of Quickbooks Pro I have my Key and product ID. I cannot run the Setup_QuickbooksPro2008.exe as it wants to download the install file.

The oldest QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) version you can download is 2012. You may want to purchase the latest version of QBDT to continue running your business using our software. Please know that QBDT has a three-year life cycle.

I need to reinstall QB Pro Desktop 2012 and no longer have the disk. Due to other program compatibilities, I cannot upgrade to a later version. Where can I get a link or a disc of the 2012 version?

We purchased Desktop Pro 2021 but are currently using Desktop Pro 2008. My backup and restore isn't working. What are my options? I ready I could restore to 2012 version then to 2016 then to 2021 but that seems like a lot of trouble and I have not been able to locate the 2012 and 2016 versions for this purpose.

You may have 2 options:

1. Install the trial license of QBD 2011, 2015 and 2019 to convert your old file prior to opening it on QBD 2021. Contact us in private should you need those trial codes.

2. Purchase a 3rd party upgrade service.

I am also in need of the 2008 Pro version! I have tried several versions of the software but I am unable to restore the back up copy I have of 2008. I tried 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019! I have also tried File Doctor to repair the file but it tells me my password is incorrect but I know it is not. Any suggestions?

Once I get the file restored, I plan to bring up to a current version but without a successful restoration on any version of QBDT, I am at a loss.

You'll want to get QuickBooks Pro 2008 version, Fiat Lux - ASIA may help you get the installer file for it by sending a private message. You can click the screen name. Then click the Send a message button on its profile.

Also, you can search on the internet to check if there's an available installer or copy of it.

You can find the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) manual you need from this article: Get QuickBooks Desktop user guides. Simply go to the See user guides section and choose QuickBooks 2016: The Missing Manual. Once opened, you can save the file on your hard drive.

Quickbooks 2009 Pro Desktop need to install and my new PC doesn't have a floppy. Installer not available, just talked to support and they can't help -- anyone out there?

I am not sure your new PC can run QBD 2009. You can still purchase the one time license for QBD 2021 to upgrade your version.

Your Quickbooks Desktop 2009 Pro is no longer supported that's why it isn't available.

You can install using the last Release version (i.e R17). Why do you have to stay on R5?

Kindly i have my data which is corrupt because of network and i needed that specific release so that i will be able to restore the data and upgrade to online version. reason being any release other than r5 will ask for an update and immediately you try to update it will abort. Please see below error when i try to use any other release. Don't mention of tool hub to use to repair i have tried several times but could not work.
